6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

 

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary. Our general

retention periods are:

 

- Mediation records and case files: 7 years from the date of the

last session

- Financial records and invoices: 6 years, as required by HMRC

- Enquiries that did not proceed to mediation: 12 months

- Website analytics data: 26 months (anonymised)

 

After these periods, your information is securely deleted or anonymised.

You can request early deletion in some circumstances — see Section 7.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

 

Under UK data protection law, you have the following rights regarding your
